Corrective Exercices
SOMETIMES, YOUR BODY NEEDS MORE THAN A STRETCH
WHAT IS CORRECTIVE EXERCISE?
It's about understanding the way you move.
Corrective Exercise combines targeted strengthening exercises with work around areas such as movement patterns, posture, stability and balance.
It's about helping your body function as well as it can for you and your everyday life.
COULD CORRECTIVE EXERCISE BE FOR YOU?

Corrective Exercise combines strengthening, movement and stability work based around what your individual body needs.
It can be particularly useful for:
-
Office-based or repetitive jobs
-
Regular runners or sportspeople
-
Postural concerns
-
Recurring movement restrictions
-
Improving stability and balance
-
When stretching alone isn't creating enough change
Sometimes clients initially come to me for Stretching & Mobility and, after looking at how they're moving, we realise they would benefit more from corrective work.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We start with a free 1-hour assessment to look at how your body is moving and identify areas we may need to work on.
From there, I'll create a programme tailored to you. We'll work together for six weeks, with exercises to continue at home and ongoing support between sessions.
